Technical support
TodayThe new colleague has been waiting for their mailbox since Monday.
Many small companies do not need a framework agreement but someone who is reachable when the mailbox jams or a new workstation has to be set up. We take on clearly defined tasks and ongoing support — without you having to sign a comprehensive contract.
Where it usually gets stuck
- Small tasks are left undone because nobody is responsible.
- When something breaks there is no contact who knows the company.
- Devices and accounts have grown inconsistently.
- For individual topics a large contract is disproportionate.
Small technical problems cost more time than their solution. First someone tries it themselves, then they ask a colleague, then someone looks up a number. By the time the machine runs again, the morning is gone.
A fixed point of contact changes one thing above all: you do not first have to find someone who knows your company. That is the real difference from calling a hotline.
What gets built
- Help with Microsoft 365, email, accounts, domains, devices and access
- Setting up new workstations and retiring old ones
- Ongoing support for the solutions we built
- Documentation someone else could continue from
What changes
- Small problems stay small.
- A new workstation is set up by the time someone starts.
- How your technology is put together is written down.
- You know who to call.
Questions about Technical support
Do we need a long-term contract?
No. Individual work packages are possible. If ongoing support makes sense, we propose it.
How quickly do we get a response?
Usually within one working day. What counts as urgent we agree beforehand.
What happens if we end the cooperation?
You get the documentation and the access. We do not build anything only we can maintain.
